What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pappas Restaurant - Server position at Pappas Restaurant?
We are looking for servers to provide prompt, courteous service to our guests.
SERVER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Have a full understanding of the menu to answer any question
- Monitor tables closely and be attentive to guests' needs.
- Clear empty plates and glasses from tables and place them inside the station
- Adhere to and practice all safety standards.
- Take pride in the overall appearance of the event.
- Assist co-workers as needed.
- Perform all side work duties assigned by server captain.
- Make sure all areas are free from debris.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must present a neat and professional appearance with good hygiene.
- Work requires interactions with customers, the public, and co-workers.
- Work requires teamwork with other staff members.
- Flexibility to work various shifts which may include nights, weekends (Friday through Sundays), holidays & overtime when needed.
- Ability to stand and walk for entire hour shifts
Job Type: Part-time / Full-TIme
Pay: $2.13 per hour Tips
- Schedule: Nights & Weekends 2PM - 8PM.
- Restaurant is open 7 days a week from 7:30AM-8PM.
- Ability to cover morning shifts.
- Swing shifts available.
