In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting, develop and implement individualized plans of care, document clinical outcomes, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient recovery and functional improvement. You’ll deliver evidence-based care while maintaining high clinical and documentation standards.

Responsibilities
You’ll Achieve Success By:
- Reviewing patients' medical history
- Diagnosing patients by observing their movements and listening to their concerns
- Developing individualized treatment plans for patients with clear goals and expected outcomes
- Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to manage patients’ pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury
- Recording patient progress and modifying the plan of care as needed
Qualifications
- Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in the state of Rhode Island

About
Compensation: $80,000-$100,000 inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
