What are the responsibilities and job description for the FedEx Delivery Driver position at Papp Logistics?
IMMEDIATE OPENINGS
Papp Logistics is a FedEx contracted service provider.
The position requires that the qualified driver utilize one of our trucks to make deliveries/pick-ups.
We are looking for motivated individuals who want to work full time and be willing to commit to a sixth (paid) day every two weeks.
All routes begin at the terminal in Irondale, Alabama.
Drivers must be available to work Monday- Friday as well as every other Saturday until November. During peak, November through Christmas, 6 days a week will be required.
Positions are W2 positions with a starting pay of $150 - $180 per day, paid on Fridays, with benefits after three months of full time employment as well as a week's paid vacation after one year.
This is a DOT qualified position and therefore, interested individuals MUST:
- Pass a drug screen and subsequent random screenings
- Pass a background check
- Have a clean MVR record
- Be a reliable employee
- No CDL required
- Be 21 year's old
