Who We’re Looking For

We’re searching for someone who:

• Loves games, prizes, and a playful environment.
• Can deliver great customer service with a smile (bonus points if you’ve got a little competitive claw spirit!).
• Wants to grow with us as our business expands.
• Brings a positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests, creating a fun and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive.
• Offer friendly tips, helpful tricks, and encouragement to help guests master the claw and boost their winning chances.
• Keep our arcade clean, organized, and photo-ready for guests and social media moments.
• Restock and refresh prizes in claw machines.
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) system for token and merchandise sales.
• Assist with special events, parties, and promotions.
• Maintain a safe and positive atmosphere for guests of all ages.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing light lifting (reasonable accommodations available upon request).
• Previous retail, customer service, or arcade experience is a plus but not required.

Compensation & Schedule

• $12/hour starting pay.
• 4-15 hours per week
• Available weekends, but we are open.
