What you’ll be doing:
- Manage and organize marketing assets in our platform (uploads, updates, and archiving).
- Keep the DAM system up-to-date, relevant, and user-friendly.
- Communicate with clients and support them with their day-to-day needs.
- Be the go-to person for client questions and support requests (handled via Zendesk).
- Coordinate requests with internal teams, including developers and other Managed Services team members.
- Review content regularly and ensure everything meets brand guidelines.
- Support the rollout of templates and campaign materials.
- Help prepare updates and communications for system users.
- Assist with reporting and basic performance tracking.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A clear and confident communicator (you’ll be in touch with clients daily).
- A team player who enjoys collaboration and open communication.
- Someone who can navigate a fast-paced and flexible work environment.
- Ability to work and manage priorities independently.
- Based in the New Jersey area for time zone alignment and occasional in-person meetings.
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work effectively in a primarily remote setup.
- Experience with DAM systems or SaaS tools is a plus, but not required.
- Be part of a small, close-knit team where collaboration really matters.
