FOH Restaurant Team Member
Job Overview:
Provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all guests by taking orders, making recommendations when appropriate, processing payments, and serving food or beverages to customers at the counter.
- A true “people person” promoting exceptional and gracious service
- Entering orders into the Point of Sale System
- Processing payment of all checks
- Maintaining an organized workspace
- Working alongside front of house and back of house staff, to help ensure a flawless customer experience

Average Rate: $17 / hour (Average rate includes hourly wage average hourly tip earnings)
REQUIREMENTS
- Prior customer service experience
- A true “people person”providing exceptional and gracious service
- Experience working with a Point of Sale system
- Ability to work quickly and independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Competency in counting money and processing payments
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently even in a stressful situation
