Position Overview

We are hiring part-time Financial Consultants to join our team. This is a client-focused role where you’ll deliver financial education, recommend solutions, and build lasting relationships under the guidance and support of our agency leadership. All training, licensing preparation, and marketing systems are provided at no cost to you.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete state licensing requirements (company-supported) to serve clients as a licensed financial professional
• Conduct client consultations to assess financial needs and goals
• Deliver education on retirement planning, college savings, income protection, and wealth strategies
• Provide recommendations and implement financial solutions
• Participate in ongoing training and mentorship
• Help expand our agency through community outreach and referrals

Compensation

This role is commission-based, with earnings determined by individual performance. Many part-time team members earn $48,000–$153,000 annually, depending on hours committed and client volume.
