Hours / Schedule Section Example:
Hours: Part-time to start (6 hours per day, 30 hours per week).
Potential: Opportunity to expand to full-time based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls and emails, providing clear, accurate, and efficient assistance.
- Specialize in customer accounts and product-related inquiries.
- Maintain knowledge of our services, products, and policies to provide accurate information.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experiences and resolve concerns.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Handle escalated customer issues and collaborate with other departments as necessary. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or related fields.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
- Bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish
Compensation:
Starting at $18 per hour with potential for growth, based on performance. Additional benefits include PTO and health insurance. Weekly pay via direct deposit.
