Creative Retail Associate

About the Role
This is more than just a retail job - it’s an opportunity to bring creativity to life in a space filled with inspiring products. You’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming environment, curating eye-catching displays, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You’ll Do

• Provide friendly, personalized customer service and assist with product selection
• Create and maintain visually appealing merchandise displays
• Operate POS system and handle transactions accurately
• Support inventory management, restocking, and organization
• Help maintain a clean, inviting, and well-organized store
• Work independently and take initiative on daily responsibilities

What We’re Looking For

• A creative eye and enthusiasm for stationery, design, and unique products
• Strong computer skills (POS systems, basic digital tools, etc.)
• Retail or sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Enthusiasm for merchandising and building displays
• Strong sense of responsibility and reliability, including consistent attendance and the ability to maintain a regular work schedule

• Must be 18 years of age or older
