Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of budtenders and support staff to ensure a positive and efficient customer experience
- Manage inventory levels, ordering, and restocking of products
- Ensure compliance with all state and local regulations governing the sale of cannabis products, will train
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and meet sales targets
- Maintain a clean and organized dispensary environment
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Train staff on product knowledge, customer service best practices, and compliance procedures
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Facilitate community outreach and be an active participant in planning and implementing marketing ideas to interact with the local community
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a management role preferable
- Ability to interact with varied individuals on a daily basis, in a managerial/sales associate role
- Strong knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods, will train
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of state and local regulations governing the sale of cannabis products, will train
- Must be 21 years of age or older and able to pass a background check
