Civil Engineer Intern

Job Description

Pape-Dawson Georgia and Eberly & Associates, a Pape-Dawson company, are seeking paid Civil Engineering Interns based in our Atlanta, Alpharetta, Statesboro, and Savannah offices. This internship will focus on learning the ins and outs of civil engineering in the residential and commercial spaces. This position will gain hands-on experience and collaborate with other departments, such as landscape architecture and land surveying, to assist in the development of a wide variety of public and private projects.

Responsibilities

• Civil site project design and production in AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Gain understanding of permitting on federal, state, and local jurisdictions
• Learn stormwater management design
• Collaborate with project managers on engineering plans
• Additional related duties as needed
