What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bakery Assistant position at Papas Bakery?
Papas Bakery in Milwaukee, WI is looking for two bakery production associates to join our 8 person strong team. We are located on 6055 South Howell Avenue. Our ideal candidate is eager to learn new things, self-driven and reliable. Above average pay and paid vacations and holidays for full or part time work. Shifts begin at 12:30 pm and ends around 9 pm Monday through Friday. Apply on-line or in person on location Tuesday through Friday 7:30 am to 3:00 pm.
Responsibilities
- mixing and setting up doughs and batters
- running production equipment for breads, rolls, donuts and pastries
- cleaning work area when finished
- operating pot and pan washer
- packaging breads and rolls
- finishing pastries and picking orders
Qualifications
- some food service experience preferred
- comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- able to lift 50 pounds multiple times during the shift
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
