Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service
- Take customer orders accurately in person, by phone, or through approved ordering systems
- Process cash, card, and other approved payments accurately
- Assist customers with menu questions and general requests
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly
- Assist with order pickup, packaging, and presentation
- Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming dining and service areas
- Restock beverages, packaging, utensils, and restaurant supplies
- Follow food safety, sanitation, cash-handling, and workplace safety procedures
- Assist team members during busy service periods
- Address routine customer concerns and refer complex issues to management
- Perform additional restaurant and hospitality duties assigned by management
Requirements
- Previous restaurant, pizza, food service, hospitality, or customer service experience is an asset but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to stand for extended periods and multitask effectively
