Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system.
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
- Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations with precision
- Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas
- Ensure food safety protocols are followed diligently, including proper food handling and sanitation practices
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely delivery of orders in a fast-paced environment
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, resolving issues swiftly, and fostering positive guest relations
- Support host/hostess duties when needed by managing reservations through OpenTable or similar systems
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, including culinary ingredients and dietary options for fine dining experiences
