Serving Reed City, Evart, Baldwin, Ashton, and Hersey
Papa’s Place is currently hiring compassionate and dependable Care Professionals to serve clients in the Reed City area and surrounding communities including Evart, Baldwin, Ashton, and Hersey.

All caregivers are scheduled with clients within a 30-mile radius of their home address to help keep travel time reasonable and support work-life balance.
Position Overview
Care Professionals provide in-home support that allows individuals to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, patient, and passionate about helping others.
Responsibilities May Include
- Assisting with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting as needed)
- Meal preparation and assistance with eating
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Medication reminders (non-medical)
- Companionship and emotional support
- Transportation to appointments and errands (For staff with proper insurance.)
- Supporting daily routines to promote independence and safety
Schedule & Coverage Area
- Clients located in Reed City, Evart, Baldwin, Ashton, and Hersey
- All assignments are kept within a 30-mile radius of your home address
- Flexible scheduling available (part-time and full-time opportunities)
Qualifications
- Caring, dependable, and professional attitude
- Ability to follow care plans and communicate clearly with clients and office staff
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass background screening
- Caregiving or healthcare experience preferred, but not required
- Paid training provided
