Duties

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude
• Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS accurately for transactions
• Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
• Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, sanitizing workstations, and adhering to food safety protocols
• Handle cash transactions with accuracy and manage cash handling responsibilities diligently
• Support food safety practices by following sanitation guidelines and proper food handling procedures

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a student or able to work flexible hours around your academic schedule
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
• Willingness to learn food preparation techniques and POS system operations
• Prior experience in food service, retail, or customer service is a plus but not required
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and quick service restaurant operations is advantageous
