Key Responsibilities:
- Greet all guests and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Handle phone and online orders for guest pick-up
- Work efficiently at all counter stations
- Assist guests in making menu selections and review specials
- Participate in add-on sales and promote our menu items
- Wrap pizzas properly and present orders to guests
- Follow proper cash handling procedures, including ringing up orders and processing transactions
Requirements:
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems (training provided)
