Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude

- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS accurately for transactions
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, sanitizing workstations, and adhering to food safety protocols
- Handle cash transactions with accuracy and manage cash handling responsibilities diligently
- Support food safety practices by following sanitation guidelines and proper food handling procedures
Requirements
- Currently enrolled as a student or able to work flexible hours around your academic schedule
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Willingness to learn food preparation techniques and POS system operations
- Prior experience in food service, retail, or customer service is a plus but not required
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and quick service restaurant operations is advantageous
