As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service while ensuring the highest standards of food quality and cleanliness. Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner.
• Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently to process transactions accurately.
• Prepare and serve food items according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including kitchen equipment and dining spaces.
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies as needed.
• Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Follow all safety and health regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the food service or retail industry is preferred but not required.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Basic culinary skills or knowledge of food preparation is a plus.
• Familiarity with retail math concepts is beneficial for handling transactions.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks as required.
