Responsibilities
- Prepare pizza dough, toppings, sauces, and other ingredients according to established recipes and standards. We will train.
- Slice and portion ingredients using proper knife skills and slicing techniques to ensure consistency and quality. We will train.
- Operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, slicers, and prep stations safely and efficiently - we will train.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment by following strict cleaning protocols. We will train.
- Assist with food handling and storage procedures to uphold food safety management standards
- Support the team during meal preparation by adhering to recipe guidelines and portion control measures
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate prep activities and ensure timely service
