We are looking for a Shift Supervisor to join our team!
As a Shift Supervisor, you will help run the store during your shift. You will work with the team, help customers, and make sure everything gets done the right way.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the team during your shift
- Help customers and provide great service
- Make pizzas and help get orders ready
- Make sure food is made safely and correctly
- Keep the store clean and organized
- Help train new employees
- Handle customer questions and problems
- Help open or close the store
- Make sure the team stays busy and works together
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable and on time
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Able to stay calm when things get busy
- Willing to help and lead by example
- Restaurant or customer service experience is a plus
- Leadership experience is a plus
