Hourly Shift Manager

Pay Range: $10 - $15 based on experience and certifications

Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations of the Papa Johns restaurant, including overseeing food service, kitchen management, and customer service.

- Supervise and train team members in food preparation, cooking techniques, and inventory control to ensure quality and efficiency.

- Utilize POS systems for order processing, payments, and tracking sales data accurately.

- Conduct interviews, hire staff, and provide ongoing coaching to maintain a high level of service.

- Collaborate with the management team to implement strategies for improving restaurant performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Food service management experience

- Supervisory experience in a restaurant setting

- Proficiency in POS systems

- Strong customer service skills

- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively

- Knowledge of kitchen management and food preparation

- Previous experience in inventory control and restaurant operations

I have reviewed and understand the information, statements, and notices in the Background Check Disclosure, the Additional Disclosures, and the California State Law Disclosures, as well as this Background Check Authorization. My authorization remains valid throughout my employment with the Company, such that, to the extent permitted by applicable law, I agree Company can procure additional consumer report(s), which may include criminal background check(s) and motor vehicle report(s), during my employment without providing additional disclosures or obtaining additional authorizations. Except as otherwise prohibited by applicable law, I consent to and authorize the Company to share this information with Company’s current or prospective clients, customers, others with a need to know, and/or their agents for business reasons (e.g., to place me in certain employment positions, jobs, work sites, etc.).
