Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Ensure all stores meet Papa Johns’ standards for product quality, service, cleanliness, and safety.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, coach, and mentor store-level leaders and team members to build capability and accountability.
- Performance Management: Drive improvements in labor management, food cost, inventory control, speed of service, and customer satisfaction.
- Culture Building: Reset expectations, reinforce company values, and establish a positive, performance-driven environment.
- Compliance & Standards: Maintain adherence to brand policies, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Daily Travel: Visit assigned stores regularly to provide hands-on leadership, support, and oversight.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in multi-unit or store-level leadership within quick-service, retail, or hospitality environments
- Strong coaching, communication, and people-development skills
- Ability to lead through change and motivate teams in challenging conditions
- Solid understanding of operational systems, financial controls, and performance metrics
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel daily within the Milwaukee area
