Your Role as a Leader
Ready to step into a leadership role? Our Azle Papa John's is hiring a Shift Leader to help guide our team and manage daily operations.
As the on-floor leader, you'll be responsible for running a great shift. You will set the pace, coach team members on everything from making dough to boxing orders, and make sure our standards for food quality and store cleanliness are met. Your role also includes handling cash management duties and addressing customer feedback.
What We're Looking For
- At least one year of work experience, preferably in a restaurant or retail setting.
- Good communication skills and the ability to stay organized when things get busy.
- Someone who is reliable and can arrive on time for every scheduled shift.
- A person who leads by example.
- Authorized to work in the US.
