Duties

• Prepare fresh ingredients and assemble pizzas according to company standards while maintaining food safety and sanitation protocols
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS efficiently for order processing, cashiering, and payment handling
• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders accurately, upselling menu items, and addressing guest inquiries with enthusiasm
• Manage food handling responsibilities including baking, packaging, and ensuring food quality throughout the shift
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen stations, and equipment by bussing tables and adhering to sanitation standards
• Assist with food delivery coordination or pickup orders to ensure timely service
• Support team members with basic math calculations for cash handling, order totals, and retail math when necessary

Requirements

• Prior experience in food preparation, quick service & fast food restaurant environments, or retail is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key!
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus; training will be provided if needed
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work in a fast-paced setting
• Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
• Basic math skills for cash handling, sales transactions, and inventory checks
• Experience in culinary roles or kitchen environments enhances your ability to succeed in this position

Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour
