- Transporting Product from location to customers’ homes or commercial locations following assigned routes.
- Using navigation tools such as GPS or handheld devices to follow routes efficiently and adjust for traffic or weather conditions.
- Verifying orders before and after delivery to ensure accuracy, completeness, and correct order.
- Providing customer service, answering questions, handling complaints, and maintaining a professional, friendly demeanor.
- Providing Excellent customer service by answering phones and greeting customers.
