- taking orders on a Ipad
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Deliver orders promptly and ensure guest satisfaction
- Provide menu recommendations and answer inquiries about menu items
- Handle guest payments and process transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
*Skills*
- Strong customer service and guest relations skills
- Experience with OpenTable or similar reservation systems
- Knowledge of fine dining etiquette and protocols
- Hospitality mindset with a focus on creating memorable experiences for guests
- Ability to assist with bussing tables when needed
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
