Graphic Designer

PAPA Advertising is an award-winning full-service agency located in Erie, PA. We specialize in highly creative print and digital experiences for the region's top brands and are looking to add a full-time graphic designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is imaginative, passionate, and experienced in traditional and web/digital advertising.

Responsibilities:

• Take traditional advertising and web/digital projects from concept through final delivery
• Create killer brand identities, direct mail campaigns, print/trade ads, outdoor advertising/billboards, tradeshow/event booths, POS designs, package designs, radio/TV spots, social campaigns, product collateral, interior/exterior signage, in-store branding, and special event marketing
• Assist the PAPA team in brainstorming, researching, quoting, and designing

Requirements:

• Must have a minimum of five years of experience working as a graphic designer (agency experience is considered a highly valued bonus)
• Must have a bachelor's degree in design or related
• Must provide samples of your most recent work
• Must have braggable Adobe Creative Suite skills
• Strong understanding and success using typography and color theory in an impactful manner
• Strong knowledge of design fundamentals and brand management
• Ability to work in a think tank environment
• Ability to brainstorm, critique, present, and defend design concepts
• Ability to multitask, manage multiple responsibilities/projects, and adapt quickly
• Ability to think strategically
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently, managing multiple jobs and tight deadlines
• Must have an extraordinary personality
• Must play well with others
