Position Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Employment: Full-time and part-time positions available

Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor CNC water jet cutting machines to produce precise parts according to detailed blueprints and specifications
- Read and interpret technical drawings, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and schematics to ensure accurate fabrication
- Program CNC water jet machines using CAD/CAM software, optimizing cutting paths for efficiency and quality
- Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting on water jet equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Conduct quality inspections using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions meet specifications
- Assist with material handling using forklifts, including loading sheet metal or other raw materials onto machines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- At least two years previous experience require
- Must provide references of previous work experience
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read blueprints and interpret GD&T symbols accurately
- Skilled in programming CNC equipment using CAD/CAM software
- Ability to use hand tools, precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers), and basic math skills for measurement verification
- Capable of handling sheet metal safely using forklifts; certification in forklift operation is desirable
- Familiarity with quality inspection procedures and tools such as micrometers and dial indicators ensures high standards are maintained
- Mechanical aptitude combined with a proactive attitude towards troubleshooting and continuous improvement
