- Enter and update data efficiently into databases, spreadsheets, and management systems such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Verify the accuracy of data by proofreading entries and cross-referencing information to prevent errors
- Maintain organized filing systems both digitally and physically, ensuring quick retrieval of documents
- Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries with professional phone etiquette, and direct calls appropriately
- Support office management tasks including calendar management, appointment scheduling, and document preparation
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, data entry, proofreading, and record keeping to support administrative operations
- Provide customer support by responding to inquiries promptly and maintaining excellent customer service standards
Experience
- Proven clerical or office experience with a strong background in data entry and administrative support
- Familiarity with QuickBooks accounting software is preferred but not required
- Experience working at a front desk or as a medical or dental receptionist is advantageous
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
