Coffee Truck Manager
The Coffee Merchant – Bayfield, Colorado
$15/hour tips (~$22/hour average)
Part-Time | Morning Shift | 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Are you an early riser with a love for coffee and leadership? The Coffee Merchant is looking for a reliable, energetic Coffee Truck Manager to join our growing team! This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys customer interaction, and takes pride in running smooth operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the truck’s daily operations from open to close (7 AM–12 PM)
- Manage inventory levels and assist with restocking and supply orders
- Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and functionality of all equipment
- Oversee quality control and ensure excellent customer service
- Handle daily cash/tip reconciliation and assist with reporting
- Collaborate with owners on scheduling, product updates, and special events
What We’re Looking For:
- Dependable and self-motivated with great attention to detail
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Previous coffee or food truck experience is a plus (but not required)
- Must be able to lift 30 lbs and work on your feet for several hours
- Comfortable managing basic maintenance and troubleshooting tasks
