WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As our Motive Power Manager, you will be in a leadership role where you will oversee, lead, and support all Motive Power department members and operations. This will include supervision and management of all processes, budgeting, financials, mechanic development and coaching, safety, inventory levels, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Picture yourself leading the Motive Power team to success, all in an effort to ensure our customers can count on us to keep their equipment running in peak form.

WHAT YOU NEED:
- Prior sales, management and/or operational experience with an understanding of budgeting, staffing, and personnel procedures.
- Ability to maintain good customer and member relations.
- Strong customer relations and marketing skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
Compensation: $103,085-154,628/yr (Depending on Experience)
