We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, guiding accounts through our lending process, and working directly with our internal lending department to ensure applications are properly processed and approved from start to finish.No actual lending back ground needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Guide clients through the full account and funding process, from onboarding to approval
- Work directly with the lending department to process applications and ensure timely approvals
- Present and explain company products and financial solutions to clients
- Prospect and contact potential clients to generate new business opportunities
- Follow up consistently with clients to move accounts through the pipeline
- Resolve customer questions and provide effective solutions
- Meet or exceed sales and approval targets within set deadlines
- Maintain accurate records and updates in CRM systems
Qualifications:
- Bilingual required (English & Spanish)
- Previous experience in sales, account management, customer service, or a related field
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously
- Experience with CRM platforms (preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Detail-oriented with a results-driven mindset
Salary : $40,000 - $250,000
