Purpose
The Supervisor, Warehouse coordinates and manages all direct courier and warehouse activities (including the receiving, warehousing, shipping and delivery of product in a manner consistent with company service and cost objectives.) This role coordinates the transport, delivery, and storage of supplies between all PANTHERx locations in Collierville, TN, Pittsburgh, PA and Canfield, OH. This role also hires, develops and training of warehouse and driver associates as the need develops through the growth of business.

This position operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to see, talk, or hear. The employee frequently is required to sit; stand; walk; use hands and fingers, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Visual acuity is necessary for tasks such as reading, observing surroundings, or working with various forms of data. Purpose

Responsibilities
- Supervises all aspects of the warehouse activities located at Collierville, TN.
- Establishes systems for the non-pharmacy related supplies, like cold chain coolers, and leads in the monitoring of inventory and cost savings opportunities.
- Supervises personnel responsible for warehouse functions at PANTHERx.
- Coordinates the unloading of inbound shipments, orderly stacking of product & supplies, and the picking and staging of outbound shipments.
- Coordinates movement of products to storage areas with proper equipment and efficiently stacks and stores the merchandise in the appropriate area.
- Supervises the transport of product between PANTHERx locations.
- Supervises the transport of dispensed prescriptions to patients, facilities, or common courier hubs. Coordinates transportation fleet including delivery expense reporting, routing, DOT compliance, and maintenance/cleaning of fleet.
- Inspects physical condition of warehouse and equipment and prepares work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement of equipment.
- Establishes and manages work schedules and ensures that the schedules are correctly implemented and that jobs are assigned effectively and completed properly.
- Coordinates adherence to all Federal and State statutes regarding warehouse operation including DOH, Board of Pharmacy, DOT, FDA and OSHA regulations.
- Coordinates adherence to all Federal and State statutes regarding transportation fleet operation including DOH, Board of Pharmacy, DOT, FDA and OSHA regulations.
- Responsible for inventory control of supplies by coordinating and/or checking in product and updates inventory balances on hand. Ensures all practices and procedures comply with audit requirements and meet operational standards.
- Confers with department heads to ensure coordination of warehouse activities with such activities as production, sales, records control, replenishment of daily use items and purchasing.
- Handles the salvage of damaged, recycled or used materials per individual protocols.
- Supervises the accuracy of all shipping documents -- gathers and maintains all data records relative to shipping activities.
- Provides training for new courier/warehouse teammates.
- Responsible for process improvement and process management of all inbound receiving, put-away, picking, shipping and inventory control.
- Assists with movement and receiving process of product for wholesale services.
- Responsible for training of shipping and warehouse team members on all wholesale services related to receiving and organization of products.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Valid state driver’s license.
- Clean driving record.
- Good communication skills.
- Registration as a pharmacy technician with the Tennessee Board of Pharmacy, unless holding a current TN State Pharmacist license.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 year experience in courier role.
- 1 year experience as a Warehouse manager.
