We're Hiring: Toddler Teacher
Panthers Den Learning Center is looking for a caring, energetic, and dependable Toddler Teacher to join our team! If you have a passion for helping young children learn and grow in a loving, Christian-based environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that encourage learning through play.
- Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
- Supervise children at all times while maintaining proper classroom ratios.
- Assist with diapering, potty training, meals, and daily routines.
- Communicate professionally with parents about their child's day and progress.
- Keep the classroom clean, organized, and in compliance with Mississippi childcare regulations.
- Work as part of a team to provide the best care possible for every child.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Childcare experience is preferred but not required.
- CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Must be dependable, patient, organized, and have a positive attitude.
- Must pass all required background checks.
