We’re a small, experienced team based in St. John’s, Florida. We’re now hiring a Front-End Developer to take full ownership of our UI - setting the direction for design, performance, and best practices.
The Role
You’ll be our go-to expert for all things front-end — shaping the structure, design, and performance of our applications.
You’ll collaborate directly with backend developers to create polished, responsive, and scalable user interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Lead front-end development using React, Vue, or .NET Blazor.
- Design and build fast, responsive, and maintainable UIs.
- Collaborate with backend developers to integrate REST APIs.
- Establish and maintain front-end architecture and standards.
- Optimize applications for performance and accessibility.
Requirements
- 5 years of professional front-end development experience.
- Deep expertise in React, Vue, or .NET Blazor.
- Strong grasp of modern styling tools (CSS/Tailwind).
- Experience integrating with .NET backends and REST APIs.
- Solid understanding of component design, UX, and performance.
- Strong communication skills and ability to lead UI direction.
- Must be able to work on-site in St. John’s, FL.
Nice to Have
- Experience with C# .NET or backend development.
- Experience with DDD development.
- Familiarity with Azure, CI/CD, or SQL Server.
- Experience with automated front-end testing (e.g., Cypress, Playwright).
- Experience building design systems or UI component libraries.
