Pay: $13/hr (Standby) or $20/hr (Luggage Puller)
About the role
We’re contracting dependable people to pull luggage at BNA: verify and sign out bags from the airline, then either (1) hand off to our drivers at the designated parking area, or (2) transport to our office for check-in.
Priority hiring for Nights & Weekends. Typical high-need windows: 3:00 PM–12:00 AM and Fri–Sun.
Sweep times (bag pulls)
Daily scheduled sweeps occur at: 07:00, 11:00, 15:00, 19:00, and 22:00.
Shifts are built around these times; additional “as-needed” pulls may pop up with flight changes.
What you’ll do
Verify luggage with airline staff; sign out and maintain chain-of-custody
Meet drivers for hand-off or transport bags to our office
Record counts, tag numbers, timestamps; take quick photos when required
Communicate ETAs/issues with dispatch; follow airport/airline procedures
Schedule
Flexible, assignment-based shifts; hours vary with flight volume
Most assignments occur evenings, late nights, and weekends
No guaranteed minimum hours
What you need
Reliability, punctuality, and professional conduct in secure areas
Smartphone for texts/photos/app check-ins
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Valid driver’s license
For $20/hr tier: a reliable, insured vehicle that can carry multiple bags
Preferred
Airport, courier, or hotel luggage experience
Familiarity with airport access/badging (we can help with process)
Compliance
Pass a basic background check per airport/airline policy
Pay
$13/hr without a vehicle
$20/hr with a qualifying vehicle
1099 contractor role (no benefits)
Pay: $13.00 - $20.00 per hour
