About the Role
The Sales Support Specialist provides administrative and operational support within the Sales and Marketing Team. This role ensures effective sales processes, accurate documentation, and professional communication with customers, partners and peers. The ideal candidate is detail-driven, business-savvy, and comfortable collaborating with others.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, send and track sales quotes, proposals, and related documentation
- Process customer purchases, sales orders, and change orders
- Prepare, send and track legal documents such as nondisclosure agreements
- Collaborate and coordinate with your team and across departments
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records
- Assists Sales and Marketing team with marketing-related tasks
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a B2B sales or administrative support role
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 apps, especially Word and Excel
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
- Organized and detail-oriented
Work Environment
- Full-time
- Hybrid (1-2 days weekly in office)
- Travel (approximately 1x annually)
- Business casual
- On-camera participation during virtual meetings
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
