What are the responsibilities and job description for the Barn Staff position at Panther Creek Stables?
Panther Creek Stables is looking for a full time Barn Staff Member to assist with the care of all horses on our property as well as maintain clean and organized barn areas, tack rooms, common areas, and pastures.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Feed all horses on property.
- Clean out stalls and refill hay nets and water buckets.
- Maintain clean areas around the barn.
- Stock hay bales when necessary.
- General maintenance and upkeep around the property.
This shift is Sunday - Thursday every week, and the hours change depending on seasonal needs. Summer Schedule - 11am - 7pm. Winter Schedule - 7am - 3pm.
Must be 18 years or older to apply. Knowledge of operating a tractor, zero turn, and other machinery is a plus.
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
