What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Foreman - Underground position at Panther Creek Mining, LLC?
- Direct the electrical repair work to ensure safe efficient completion.
- Supervise all maintenance to mobile and stationary equipment in assigned area.
- Maintain communication equipment in operable condition.
- Regular permissible checks on all electrical equipment.
- Oversee the preventive maintenance program for assigned area.
- See that all electrical/maintenance reports required by law or company policy are completed.
- Regular inspection of equipment to ensure operating condition and removing from service for repair when required.
- Order parts and supplies for repair work.
- Participate in the evaluation of equipment life as to rebuilds or replacements.
- Knowledgeable in mine electrical systems.
- Knowledge of Hydraulics.
- Able to read prints.
- Certification in Low, Medium and High Voltage.
- Certified Miner
- Certified Mine Supervisor (preferred).
- Gas testing Certification.
- EMT-M (preferred)
