THE COMPANY - Panther City Resources, located in the heart of Fort Worth, is a privately funded entrepreneurial oil and gas acquisition company that acquires non-producing and producing mineral and royalty interests, working interests and leasehold properties, primarily in the Permian Basin. Our company and it's subsidiaries have been acquiring mineral and royalty interests for 12 years and have a strong track record of success.
THE POSITION - The Acquisition Landman will focus on contacting mineral owners to identify and develop acquisition opportunities. Work in an exciting competitive company atmosphere. Manage all contact data with attention to detail and prioritize efforts to identify high potential closable leads. Demonstrate ability to contact mineral owners to develop acquisition opportunities. Communicate closely with the acquisition team and help drive deals through to the negotiation and closing process. Hit and exceed lead generation goals. Receive above average compensation for superior performance.

PRIMARY DUTIES
Call, email, and text mineral owners, to make initial contact with both cold and warm leads
Utilize strong communication and sales skills to contact mineral owners across areas of interest for company to identify and develop acquisition opportunities.
Communicate with manager on opportunities and individual performance
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

Ability to work well with others
Ability to quickly build rapport, progress conversations and overcome objections over the telephone
Previous exposure to the oil and gas industry is not required
