Wellness Sales Associate – Panther Longevity

Panther Longevity is hiring an energetic and knowledgeable Wellness Sales Associate for our Royse City location.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about health and wellness, enjoys working directly with people, and has the sales ability to turn customer conversations into long-term relationships, service bookings, and memberships.

Our associates do more than operate a register. They learn the science behind our services and products, educate customers, and help each person develop a wellness routine that supports their individual goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a welcoming, high-quality experience
• Ask questions to understand each customer’s health, recovery, fitness, or wellness goals
• Explain Panther Longevity’s services in clear, approachable language
• Educate customers about infrared sauna, cold plunge, contrast therapy, compression therapy, red light therapy, LED skin therapy, and body composition analysis
• Recommend appropriate supplements, services, packages, and memberships
• Schedule appointments and help manage the daily booking calendar
• Conduct general wellness consultations within the scope of company training
• Follow up with leads, members, and existing customers
• Work toward individual and store sales goals
• Maintain accurate customer information and transaction records
• Keep treatment areas, retail displays, and common areas clean and organized
• Follow all company safety, privacy, and customer-service procedures

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who combines strong people skills with strong sales instincts. You should be comfortable starting conversations, building trust, explaining value, and asking customers to purchase a service, product, package, or membership.

Candidates with medical, health, fitness, nutrition, or wellness experience are strongly encouraged to apply. Candidates without a medical background will also be considered if they are capable of learning scientific information and communicating it accurately.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and customer-service skills
• Previous sales, retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience
• Friendly, confident, and comfortable speaking with new people
• Genuine interest in health, recovery, wellness, fitness, or longevity
• Willingness and ability to study the science behind our services
• Ability to explain technical concepts in language customers can understand
• Goal-oriented and motivated by commission opportunities
• Reliable, punctual, professional, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable learning scheduling, point-of-sale, and customer-management software
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Backgrounds in nursing, medical assisting, personal training, physical therapy, chiropractic care, nutrition, aesthetics, supplement sales, or wellness services are a plus.

Compensation and Growth

• $18.00 per hour
• Commission in addition to hourly pay
• Training on Panther Longevity services and products
