Job Details
The ideal candidate will possess expertise in VMware virtualization, DELL computer hardware, performance monitoring tools like SolarWinds, Active Directory administration, and strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with both customers and cybersecurity partners.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and support Windows virtual machines: insuring optimal performance, security, and availability.
- Utilize VMware for environment virtualization, configuring, and maintaining virtual infrastructure.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for DELL computer hardware
- Perform performance monitoring, analysis, and reporting using SolarWinds or similar tools
- Administer and maintain Active Directory services, including user/group management and access controls.
- Collaborate with customers and cybersecurity partners to address technical issues and implement solutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation for server configurations, procedures, and best practices".
- Server project work, on-call rotation, troubleshooting remote servers
**This position is in office - NOT REMOTE. Expectation is to work in office with typical hours being 7am - 4pm and on call rotation
