The Role
Pantheon is looking to hire a talented Senior Marketing Analyst.
As a Pantheon Senior Marketing Analyst, you will support highly impactful projects across multiple functions of our fast-growing WebOps company. You will work closely with senior leaders and team members across multiple functional areas to analyze areas for opportunity and drive scalable growth. You will participate in the planning and implementation of strategic projects in a fun, creative, and inspiring work environment.
As a member of the Marketing Operations & Analytics team, the Senior Marketing Analyst is a key player in the growth of the entire marketing organization, helping define measurement frameworks, building predictable business models, and accelerating our pipeline and revenue engine. A typical day may see you working with a variety of senior stakeholders and multiple data sets to derive sophisticated data solutions and dashboards, serving as a data expert and steward to successfully support operational needs, or evaluating the ROI of different marketing initiatives and providing recommendations for improvements. This role reports to the Senior Director, Marketing Operations & Analytics.
Cool Things You’ll Do
- Collaborate closely with data/BI, product, engineering, and other marketing stakeholders to define data requirements and translate them into technical implementation documents
- Provide world-class analysis, forecasting and reporting to stakeholders
- Prepare regular business reviews for leadership, highlighting key areas of focus
- Maintain and own existing data pipelines/dashboards and ensuring your numbers are air-tight by performing individual quality control, checking with relevant data owners, and cross-referencing findings against secondary sources
- Promote corporate data governance, ensuring that data is managed in compliance with GDPR and industry regulations
- Work with stakeholders and other teams to track, report, and reconcile budget allocation across marketplace programs
- Closely align with operations (e.g. segmentation, targeting) on targeting, measuring the effectiveness of campaigns, and dive deep into ROI (experience with Bizible is a plus)
- Support targeted business activities, including opportunities for product and process improvement with a focus on driving significant business growth
- Visualize and articulate analytics work to an executive audience and external partners
- Build marketing business models and forecasting
What you Bring to the Table
- 5 years of experience as a Marketing Data Analyst, Data Analyst, Analytics Manager or similar role in B2B SaaS
- Commercial experience using SQL and data visualization tools (Looker, PowerBI, Tableau, Data Studio)
- Focus on the health and growth of the business by cutting through the noise and focusing on the impact
- Deep experience with Marketing & Growth metrics, able to construct a single view of a multifaceted funnel
- Proactively advocates for highest-leverage opportunities for improvement
- Exceptional communication (listening, written, and oral) skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations targeted to the audience in question
- Outcome-driven approach to developing recommendations and demonstrated ability to develop a story and execution plan to support our goals and objectives
