Job Description:
We are looking for a high-energy, growth-oriented Account Delivery Executive to lead our "ground-game" for a flagship enterprise account in Houston. Reporting to the Senior Account Manager, your mission is to dominate the delivery cycle while actively hunting for expansion opportunities. This is a role for a "Winner", someone who delivers with precision today while building the relationships that secure our footprint for tomorrow.
Key Responsibilities
- Relationship Mining: Build deep, "desk-side" relationships with hiring managers, team leads and business line managers. You aren't just a vendor; you are a trusted advisor who understands their specific team culture and technical hurdles.
- Winning the Requisition: Own the daily flow of requisitions with a "zero-leakage" mindset. You will ensure Pantheon is the first and best submittal for every opening through relentless follow-up and feedback loop management.
- Growth Identification: Actively listen for manager "pain points" to identify and open doors for broader Pantheon solutions, including TaaS, CaaS, and Managed Services.
- Strategic Support: Partner with leadership to translate ground-level intel into winning strategies for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and account expansion plans.
- Operational Backbone: Act as the primary local point of contact, ensuring the client feels a high-touch, premium service level at all times.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 3–5 years in IT Staffing, IT Managed Services or IT Services delivery, with a proven track record.
- VMS Mastery: Proven success navigating enterprise environments and systems like Fieldglass or Beeline.
- Technical Literacy: Functional knowledge of SAP, Cloud, or Digital Transformation.
- A strong understanding of the SDLC in enterprise environments is a significant plus.
- The "Closer" Mindset: Exceptional professional persistence, unblocking feedback loops and "politely pestering" to keep the hiring process moving.
- Location: Must be based in Houston, TX, for consistent on-site presence with the client.
