Position Overview
Pantheon Data is looking for a Junior Requirements Management Analyst to work within the Ship Design Team supporting engineering disciplines for the U.S. Coast Guard on a variety of acquisition and sustainment projects.
Required Skills
Ability to:
- Support requirements tracing with support from engineering teams.
- Document and manage specification changes and comments within a database.
Experience / Certification Requirements
- Familiarity with working with web based collaborative tools (e.g. Microsoft Teams and SharePoint).
- Certification in IBM Rational Dynamic Object Orient Requirements Systems (DOORS) or documented foundational level training preferred.
- Ability to work effectively remotely in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to meet deadlines and produce quality work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite software including Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
Education
Bachelor's degree
Clearance Requirements
U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
Work Location: Hybrid - USCG HQ (DHS St. Elizabeth's Campus in D.C.)

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
