What You'll Do
As the Pantex Financial Reporting Senior Manager, you will provide guidance and direction over the activities executed by the Financial Reporting and Modeling Team.
The Primary Activities Include
- Developing, maintaining, and analyzing all costing rates for Pantex (PXD);
- Maintains financial systems and databases for Finance and Business Operations (F&BO);
- Conduct impact analysis related to rate/cost model changes;
- Maintains System Applications and Products in Data Processing (SAP) Project Systems;
- Conducts company levels ad hoc reporting for a variety of areas including headcount, cost, hours, and plan;
- Supports company reporting needs by developing and maintaining reports on various platforms.
- Advises higher level management related to rates /cost model changes;
Minimum Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and minimum 10 years of relevant experience

- Three years of supervisory/management experience. Candidates with less years of supervisory/management experience will be required to complete a developmental plan approved by the Division Director or their delegate.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or a related field and a minimum of fifteen years of relevant progressive experience and five years of relevant supervisory/management experience or a Master's degree with a minimum of ten years of relevant progressive experience and three years of relevant supervisory/management experience.
- Extensive experience applying expert analytical skills to research, interpret, analyze, compile and present complex financial data and information.
- Expert understanding of various software applications and enterprise systems including SAP, PeopleSoft, Excel, Microsoft Access and PXD data warehouse.
- In depth understanding of business policies, charging practices, and the PXD cost model.
