We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing invoices, managing vendor payments, and ensuring accurate financial record-keeping.
## Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable invoices accurately and timely
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
- Maintain vendor files and documentation thoroughly and accurately
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Assist in purchase order replenishment .
- Order samples
- Correct inventory and inventory Data
## Experience
- Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk or in a similar role
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Proficient in data entry and management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with accounting software is a plus
