About the Team Structure Culture:
The team consists of 17 contractors and 5 employees, split among SAP Basis, change management, quality and automation, and analytics and reporting teams. Renju's team includes SAP security and technical developers.
Job Must Haves:
Proficiency in SAPUI5, ABAP, BW, OData/REST
Expertise in SAP systems (S/4HANA, HANA, MaxDB)
Experience with cross-module integration and third-party platforms
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Job Nice to Haves:
Certifications in SAP, AWS, GRC
Experience with S/4HANA implementations and custom code migration to BTP
Familiarity with containerization, Agile methodologies, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD
Experience in regulated environments or industries with compliance requirements
About the Position / Current Initiatives: Significant upgrades needed in a legacy SAP environment with a target timeline within the next 2 years. The team functions as the Basis team, handling systems administration, infrastructure as code, testing & automation, release management, and SAP analytics/reporting.
