What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facilities Impressions Team Member position at PANTANO CHRISTIAN CHURCH?
- Basic janitorial and cleaning functions
- Basic landscaping
- Moving tables, chairs and equipment for events on campus
- Assist guests on campus by fielding in-person inquiries and phone calls with regard to events or immediate janitorial needs
- Execute campus opening or closing procedures, including unlocking and locking doors before and after events, securing parking lot gates, using building alarm systems, etc.
- Clean carpets during planned building maintenance and deep-cleaning periods
- Provide additional Facilities Team presence and support for special events as directed by supervisor
- Other duties as assigned
- Active All In Partner at Pantano Christian Church (exceptions may be made for someone who is actively all in at another church, but still a good fit within our staff culture, as determined by the Facilities Director and the Operations Pastor)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Office-related computer skills, including experience with common office software/programs and online applications
- Ability to effectively utilize online communication, email and calendar tools
- Ability to work productively without direct supervision
- Ability to work well and collaborate with team members, volunteers and other staff
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical screening:
- Basic physical
- 50lb lift test
- Drug screen
